How Does Our Construction Management Process Work?
Our design/build process begins when you contact us to inquire about our services. We’ll set up a convenient time for one of our experienced, knowledgeable project managers to visit your facility or site to discuss your goals and requirements. We operate within a 50- to-75-mile radius of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
If you choose to move forward with the project, our professional in-house design team will use computer-aided design (CAD) to generate customized conceptual and working building plans. We’ll also partner with qualified consultants to produce the best possible result.
Upon completing all the design and other preparation steps, we’ll develop a construction schedule and handle the details, such as hiring subcontractors and working with you on other essential preconstruction aspects.
When it’s time to build your steel structure or renovate and construct an addition, we’ll handle all areas of the construction management process, including coordinating labor force. We’ll also supervise the building phase to ensure the work meets every specification.
